Do I need to book a table?
For normal daytime visits, no booking is required, just pop in.
If you are waiting for a table, you will be waiting for a maximum of 10 minutes (generally).
For Wine & Cheese on Friday evenings, we recommend booking ahead as tables are limited. Call us on 028 9146 2037 or message us on Facebook or Instagram. -
Can I order Grazing Boxes online?
Yes. Our Grazing Boxes can be ordered online for collection or local delivery. You can also let us know about preferences such as no blue cheese, no goat’s cheese options etc. when ordering.
-
How much notice do you need for Grazing Box orders?
We recommend ordering online at least 24 hours in advance. During busy periods such as Christmas, weekends and special occasions, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.
You are welcome to order in-store and the staff will give you a time to collect. -
Do you cater for allergies and dietary requirements?
We’ll always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and preferences. Please let us know when ordering or speak to a member of staff before ordering food. As we handle a wide range of allergens in our kitchens and delis, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
-
Can I buy gift vouchers?

Are dogs welcome?
The trickiest question we get asked… We love dogs. In fact, most of us have our own. However, this is not the case for everyone, which we need to respect.
The Guillemot Cafe Bangor is dog-free due to our low tables.
The Guillemot Delis in Bangor & Ballyhackamore do welcome dogs, however please as a member of staff before bringing your dog in.
